Mission:

Big 6 Research Method

1.1. Define the problem

Research the assigned world religion in your group.

Topics: rituals, celebrations, writings, places, history, foods, prayers, etc.

2.2 Prioritize sources

Websites: make sure the person has a master's degree in religion, or history (for events), or philosophy (eastern religions).

If a church besides Catholic or a Jewish (temple), then only use the national site. No individual churches, sites by uncertified people, or travel sites.

Books: 200's; 900's for some places

Databases: Ancient and Medieval History Online; Culture Grams; 1 encyclopedia article

Take notes electronically using Microsoft Word and save them to a flash drive or your network folder.

Make sure that your Works Cited page follows MLA formatting: 1" margins, 12 point Times New Roman font, with resources in alphabetical order in hanging format. Double space everything - no more than double space.
