Have EasyBib open along with your website; Easybib will be on the "Website" tab. Copy the URL and paste it into EasyBib and click the "Cite this" button.

EasyBib will give you boxes that are filled. The information you need to find has a red outline.

Fill out the information. LEAVE BLANK ANY INFORMATION YOU CANNOT FIND. For example, if an organization (not a PERSON) is the author of the article, leave it blank.
Publishers are usually at the bottom of the page, next to the copyright symbol. USE THE OFFICIAL NAME OF THE PUBLISHER. See the highlighted area in the example below:
